“Proverbs make the wise wiser. They make the primitive knowledgeable, and they increase the knowledge of the knowledgeable” Cheif Akan Linguist, Kwame Frimpong Manso Adakabre
Reconnect with the much needed ancient wisdom of our ancestors, preserved and passed down to us generation after generation through the rich oral traditions of Africa, The Middle East, Native America, and other parts of the world. I will list quotes and proverbs that made the most impact on me personally, woke me up and permanently changed my view of the world. Each quote and proverb, will have the name of the person or culture from which it originated.
This article will be part 1 of my series -Wisdom keepers – where each week, wisdom from a different continent will be published. I will start with my beloved home continent AFRICA… for there are many spiritual teachers, philosophers, Sanghoma’s and Shamans who’s profound wisdom of the ages, should be revisited and applied especially today as we face unprecedented historical events on this planet.
I will provide a brief bio of each of these amazing wisdom keepers of humanity, the first and one of the greatest being Mr Credo Mutwa, South African Sanghoma and international legend!
